Here are some pointers to get you started.

Pre-Requisites

For many systems, like Zaius and the network folder, you'll need to join the department's security group by running WebNew from the link below.

WebNew in turn requires that you have a BU ID and Kerebos login from the Office of Information Technology.
You need to ask the ECE Front Office, Carly Marchioni or Austin Alexander, to add you to the Data Portal. You'll need this for packages, keys, and copier codes.

The department has 5 Canon imageRUNNER copiers/printers. To use them you'll need to request a copier code from the Front Desk in Photonics 324.

Faculty and staff should also request long distance phone codes from the department's Assistant Director.
Setting up and using your Phone

You can access many rooms with your BU ID card by swiping card readers outside the rooms. To request access to a room, use the Zaius system.
